Soroba House Bed and Breakfast - Blairingone, near Dollar

Soroba House is a large, modern home in the village of Blairingone near Dollar, in Central Scotland, which has been tastefully transformed into a bed and breakfast guest house by your hosts, Ann and Wallace. Plenty off road parking

The accommodation comprises 2 double rooms and 1 twin room, all three of which are en-suite. There is also a single room with a wash hand basin. All rooms feature a television and a hairdryer. The bed and breakfast also features a communal tea and coffee making point and a large lounge with Sky TV.

Blairingone B and B

The Soroba House B and B is situated in the Scottish countryside, in the village of Blairingone. The village is two miles from Dollar, home of the famous public school, Dollar Academy and only 6.5 miles from the Knockhill racing circuit. Golf Breaks

The bed and breakfast makes an ideal base for a golfing break in Central Scotland, as there are 10 golf courses within 15 miles of Soroba House and six championship courses within an hours drive – Gleneagles, Carnoustie, St Andrews, Muirfield, Loch Lomond and Kingsbarns. Both Ann and Wallace are keen golfers and would be happy to advise you on the best courses to play during your stay.

Sightseeing

The guesthouse is within 30 minutes numerous historical buildings and battlefields, including Dollar Castle, Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument, Scone Palace, the Bannockburn battlefield, etc, etc

Knockhill Racing Circuit

With Scotland’s national motor sport centre, virtually on our doorstep, the B and B is popular with visitors to the Knockhill Racing circuit. As well as spectator events, like the Scottish Championship bike racing and car racing, Knockhill also offer experience packages, such as go karting and corporate days out. We can offer secure parking for anyone with Motorbiles

Soroba House is also an ideal base for hillwalkers, as we are only two miles from the foot of the Ochil Hills, for horseriding – with three riding centres within 2 miles of Blairingone, there’s fishing, shooting, off-road driving, and if you like to shop, there’s Sterling Warehouses, which includes a designer outlet village, within ten minutes travelling.
